We just got an army to sign up, but go ahead.

So we could gather the best fishermen (and women) around for a fishing competition. Who ever catches the largest fish wins. The winner gets a trophy, the title of best fisherman (or woman) in Perth Varcoe, and free fish from our markets for a year (or any other prize). We could all bet on which fisherman (or woman) we think would win. All the money collected from the losing bets would fund our expanding city. The winning bets would get the money they bet, plus free fish for a month (or any other prize). It would attract new customers to our market and our city, and raise money.
