I like it. It reminds me of the Mehrunes' Razor in Skyrim. It had a small chance of instantly killing an enemy when it was being used, but it was seriously weak. It was fun to use because of the risk, and one hitting a dragon is something anyone would remember. I mean, imagine firing that darn gun and a random Gjallarhorn round shoots out, that would be sick!
