I try to eat 5 to 7 meals a day. Typically salads, lots of chicken, brown rice, shit like that. I also drink a gallon of water a day. I also drink a few beers a day. Love craft beers with a passion.
Been bodybuilding for about 7-9 years (lost track). After I lost my leg (left leg, below knee) I made sure to get in the best shape as possible. It's tough maintaining my regimen after destiny. Have to pull my self away.

How is beer helping your daily workout? On the weekends sure but daily?

Doesn't affect me at all. I drink 1 to 3 beers a night after work. Not like I'm getting trashed every night

Wasnt really aimed towards the alcohol but the amount of carbohydrates ;)

I'm a body builder, I don't stress carbs lol. I'm not a skinny shredded guy
