I cook on Sundays and refrigerate/freeze food for 6 days. Saturday is cheat day. [b]Breakfast[/b] Burrito Overnight oats Sandwich [b]Lunch[/b] Burrito bowl Wrap Chili [b]Dinner[/b] Stir-fry Indian stew thing Pasta

Breakfast - Granola, yogurt, and fruit Lunch - salad with chicken and carrots Dinner - Some sort of pasta or usually chicken Snacks - PB sandwich and crackers

My diet consists of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and multiple snacks in between

For breakfast, usually cereal. For lunch and dinner, usually some form of bread and meat, and sometimes vegetables and fruits. Probably not the best diet at the moment.

Can anyone in the first world really generalize their diet? I eat a ton of various things at various times. I try to follow the food groups that the government MyPlate recommends, but it's impossible for me to generalize my diet by the foods I've eaten.
