Ability: Blast from the Past- On a successful hit, target will be marked. When firing this weapon at a marked target, weapon will require no charge time.
Ability is kinda raw not really sure how it would work, but i suspect the idea cld be build upon.

I could see this being a bit of a bitch in the crucible

This is actually cool if you looked at it like I did. You should one burst from your fusion rifle, don't kill him but weak health and he's marked. The gun sees he is marked and charges instantly. Of course the base non marked charge would have to be fairly slow. I like this a lot.
