I could be wrong, but a long time ago they made it so it was slightly easier with a full party and slightly more difficult alone. Yet again don't quote me on this. However, as someone who has both soloed and run weeklies with a party, I notice no difference to my damage and the damage I receive. So it's either easier with a group or it makes no difference lol.
