Things Bungie.net needs to add/fix.
Please post constructively and concisely so that we can actually have real objectives. For example, don't post that you want "better messaging," but instead post a specific thing that would improve messaging.
I'll categorize this thread so that each section can be thoroughly scrutinized for improvement:

A well managed group shouldn't need its members to report each other, plus anonymous reporting doesn't give the offender knowledge of what they did wrong. Bungie needs to stop taking away admin powers in groups and strengthen admin power.

1 ReplyI think a site-wide user tagging system would be cool. For example: "Hi, I'm looking for someone who can blah blah blah" "I think @blahblahblah could help with that." Then Blahblahblah gets a notification they're being talked about. I know the IGN forums have this feature now, and it's very handy.

1 ReplyCan't copy and paste text in the mobile app on android, (unless your making or editing a post) the only way around it is to reply with quote copy the quoted text then back out of the reply. very annoying when I want to quickly copy some text.

(Point out my typos pl0x) [spoiler] •Thread creation limit per user There is no reason someone needs to be making more than 10 threads a day. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on that. It will prevent people from spamming. This should not carry over to groups. Admins can set a limit to their discretion Though this can encourage people to use alts so it may not be a good idea. But I'll voice it in case someone bounces off it to create a more streamlined function in that. Not many spam threads anyway though. •A thread queue This is a little more tricky. People could set up a queue to spam unless there's a limit on how many queue threads could be posted a day. This isn't as useful to those who don't create events or plan ahead for posting. But (for me at least) it would be nice. Spoke to a friend and they suggested using M$ word or notepad as a type of way to save threads to be posted later However (with busy schedules) you may not have access to it. It would allow drafts so you can build on and creat a better thread especially if the tools I mentioned in my previous post were available. [/spoiler]

Not sure if any of this has been said But as for thread creation (This helps create informative and organized master posts. Something I'm a [i]huge[/i] fan of) [spoiler] •Allow more than one image be directly imbedded in a thread •Remove image sticky to top of page (Many times an image requires precise placement) •Implement customization of image sizing (A cap on resolution will prevent people from breaking pages with massive photos. There are situations that call for very small imbedded photos.) •Remove archiving system for OP I understand the necessity to lick threads to prevent mass bumping however master threads get shunted with this. If OP can bump it can keep those who wish to cause havoc from doing so and allowing master posts to stay alive. •Remove (auto) archiving system for groups Perhaps admin/mods of groups may have the ability to archive if necessary and a designated slot for members to view those threads. •Group mods/admins able to sticky threads (this may be a thing already. I haven't run a group in awhile) •Perhaps a tag or function for an OP to archive their thread manually. Mods will still be able to view it (which will prevent some from dodging bans by posting CoC breaking content and simply deleting/archiving before caught ) We sort of have this so it's not a major requirement simply a fluttering idea. We can remove a tag and delete the body of a thread if we no longer wish it around. [/spoiler]
