Getting started with trials

Hey eveyone I wanted to find out how to get started with trials. I can pick up an invite and bounties easy enough at the Reef but never see anyone willing to take someone to get started. There is always posts wanting ppl with certain stats and experience. I get why, but is there a way a guy can get started if he doesn't have a group to do it? I have two psn accounts with destiny and the primary has 3 40's, 1 in each class all with steady 320 light. Any feedback would be appreciated....Peace, ZDR
