refer a friend quest

my account is Artmis_Novako and i need to find someone who just got destiny to do this quest it would be a big help if i could get their email so i can send the refer a friend request link to be able to do this but i will also need to have them added on my account as a friend to work the quest out if you see a email like lunatstars101@gmail.com that is me sending the link which is needed to start the quest and it only lasts a week so please help
