Skolas......argggh

After a ton of preparations, my fireteam and I geared up to finally defeat[b] Skolas [/b]and complete our [b]Moments of Triumph [/b]last night. We had babysitters for the kids and time carved out earlier in the evening so we were ready. I am disappointed to say that almost five hours later we threw in the towel. I have to say it was super discouraging when I assumed the only difficulty would be [b]Skolas[/b] himself. We could not get past round 4 for some reason! We are all 34 and have 365 weapons in each slot. I have to assume one of three things. [b]1.[/b] I am a much worse player than I think.[b] 2.[/b] Most people have this kind of trouble and I just don't hear about it much or[b] 3.[/b] I am missing some kind of strategic playstyle mechanic. Am I the only one? Is it this weeks burns (or lack thereof) and with Sept. 9th looming so close, should I give into the darkness on this one and give up the chance to complete my Moments of Triumph?
