New House of Wolves Exotic Bounties!

Okay, team. THIS is cool! I was watching a twitch streamer kill Skolas the other day, and I found something interesting. Upon killing Skolas, the lucky streamer was able to bag himself the Elder Cipher. I wasn't able to stay on the stream to ask the guy what it was because the stream went down, so I took it upon myself to do some research. This is what I found. Hope you enjoy it! Blue out.
