Wo-8888 sits outside of his room in the Tower, enjoying his daily oil for breakfast. Oh! Now he ran out of oil. He goes to his "kitchen" and finds another can of oil... Toast flavored. He opens it and sits back down. Sometimes, he would find his hand or any limb twitching, or stuttering for no reason when he speaks. He is a very faulty exo, after all. After oil, he goes back to his room to put on his heavy and green titan armor, wrap the trials mark he got as a gift around his waist, and took the Pulse Rifle from his shelf. His hands glew a bit purple, he was a defender titan. Wo-8888 then goes to the hangar and boards his favorite ship built after the Vault of Glass. He was going to go "grocery shopping" somewhere. He hit the ignition and off he went, going to get some oil. "Almost there," he said, as he swerved one more time and saw the face of mercury. "There's the grocery," he said one more time as he landed on its hot surface.

Edited by Moot: 12/17/2015 12:24:40 AMThe Bismuth Temple, Fields of Glass, Mercury. Switch had been stripped of almost everything he cared about. He had been cast out of the city, forced out of his home, the only home he had ever known, the home he had soley sworn to protect until his last life. All of it was gone, harshly and unjustly taken from him. As for the city itself, much of it laid in ruins, strewn with the corpses of guardians and innocent civilians alike. The city needed all the help it could get, and Switch was no longer permitted to provide that help. And there was only one name to blame: Aries. While trying to defend the city from him, and in the process of also trying to thwart his ability, Aries had almost entirely corrupted Switch's very being and essence. He had tried to stop Aries by recombining him with all the abominations he had birthed and then killing him, but it had failed. He departed before the process was complete, and in doing so, Switch had absorbed the entirety of Aries' sorrow. Now, darkness ebbed and flowed throughout his body, weaving between plating and joints and wiring. It felt like some parasite crawling under his skin, penetrating his mind and thoughts, tainting his very soul. And of course, there was the voice... Switch wasn't so sure who's voice it was. Aries? Sorrow? The darkness itself? Regardless, it was quiet but menacing, always lurking in the back of his mind. Switch was always used to knowing what was going on with himself and around him, such is the way of a Warlock. But this was entirely unexplainable. He and Aries didn't even have much of a history, yet Switch had been chosen to bear this curse. It didn't make any sense to him. Why him at all? It all boiled back to a simple crash. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Fate and luck couldn't have unfolded worse. Although, there was a faint glimmer of hope on the horizon. The process of becoming a dark guardian was reversible, at least for Switch. Difficult, but not impossible. He had managed to store and protect his light somewhere far from Aries' clutches, somewhere he would never be able to touch, no matter how far he reached. But, he would have to fully purge himself of darkness before returning to his own light. Perhaps what shocked Switch the most was how easy it was to gain a hold of his dark abilities once he had them. Within moments of being corrupted he was already capable of fully manipulating Aries' abominations. It had felt almost natural, like second nature, which was horrifying just to think about. It was almost like he was meant to be bestowed with this... Gift? No, this was certainly a curse. Switch had been hiding on Mercury, away from the city, away from the old and better life he once had. He had decided to stay at the Bismuth Temple: a massive Vex structure the size of a metropolis, floating kilometres above the scorched surface that was the fields of glass. He was outside the temple near the edge, just lying down in the sun's heat, tossing and turning in his own despair. Aries had broken everything, except his will. Switch knew that this ordeal was far from over: that Aries was still out there and likely amassing more allies, perhaps even corrupting more guardians. Switch's will however was unphased. He was going to fight on behalf of the city regardless, even if it had spat him out like poison when he needed it most. But he needed guidance to cope with his curse. Guidance from someone who was familiar with the ways of the darkness; someone who he could rely on; someone who could teach him restraint; someone like Erik. ((Indub, and anyone else if they want to join Smokey's story arc))
told you it was looooong
Hey mods, I know y'all are hard at work, and I thank you for that. However, I made a character sheet a long while ago and it hasn't been approved. If you could do that that's amazing.

Edited by Batman: 12/16/2015 4:55:44 AMAx was in the tower gym, as always, attempting to beat his father's bench press record. It was said that he pressed a 759 pound boat. Ax had been working for hours at it without food or drink. He always did have an unhealthy obsession for being superior to his father. He had been a counter-terrorist for the Navy SEALS. How could Ax ever beat that? He had nowhere near that amount of prestige or experience. He was about to go down for his fourth rep at 760 when he received a call. He stopped the music, picked up the phone, and checked the Caller ID. It was private, so he picked it up like any other call. "Hello?" (Open)

I am asleep next to Mrs.warlock, and woken from my slumber was the dreadnaught. I immediately woke up Mrs.warlock."what is it?" She asks. I point to the dreadnaught slowly moving to earth. Mrs.warlock is in disbelief. "We need to warn the tower", I said."ghost, call he vanguard." Ghost works on that. "What do you think will happen?" Said Mrs.warlock. "I don't know, but we need to move, its coming straight for us." I said as I grabbed the controls to the ship. I fly us away from the dreaded ship."hello? Anybody here?" "Sounded like cayde." Cause, you need to warn the tower that HE is here!"mrs.warlock yelled fearfully. "I can see him..." Cayde said in a shocked voice. Can hear cayde drop the phone and yelled," HE IS HERE. I REPEAT, HE IS HEAR!" the trannsmission cut off. "What do you think will happen?" I stare into her eyes in a moment of terrifying confusion...*screen turns to black*
beep
Holy shit I gotta make this a series

Edited by AlexandriaTheBlue: 12/16/2015 2:50:23 AMMikaela is flying her ship around the solar system. "Man, there isn't anything to do these days." She paces around her ship. "Ghost, what do you think we should do?" She pulls out her ghost. Ghost: "Maybe we can visit Venus. Who knows what sort of amazing things we could find there." Mikaela thinks for a few minutes. "Yeah, I guess we can go to Venus." She walks to the helm of the ship. She set course for Venus and sets off. When she arrives at Venus, she lands in the Citadel. It is unusually quiet. "Ghost, something is not right here. Like, where is all of the Vex?" Mikaela walks around the area, looking for any signs of the Vex. All the sudden, her comm is blaring with at least 7 different distress calls. "What the hell is going on?" Off in the distance, she sees about 12 Guardian ships falling to the surface, flames spewing out of the hull. "Oh my god. Ghost, where are those ships expected to crash?" She pulls out her ghost. Ghost: "About 100km from our current location." Mikaela summons her sparrow and immediately uses her boost. "We have to get there before any Fallen scavengers reach the area. How long will it take to get there?" Ghost: "About half an hour." "That might be too long. We gave to hurry." When she arrives, the Guardian ships are arranged like it's a graveyard. She looks for any survivors.
Open

What manner of witchcraft is this?! Sans??? Being active here???? WHAAAAAAAAAAT????????
"Do you have the shot?" Korvic was hanging high off of the ground from a somewhat unstable looking steel beam. Upside down. From his foot. "Yeah, yeah. Target's in sight, don't worry." He glared through his visor down the scope of his rifle. His ghost, Jeeves, was acting as his spotter. His target was a dreg transporting crucial supplies via pike through the forgotten shore. "Target is getting away..." "Relax! I just want to make sure I have a clear shot. Have a little faith." "I'd have more faith if you were right side up..." "It's more of a challenge this way! Besides... Oh, there we go." Korvic pulled the trigger and watched as the dreg's head burst open in a spout of ether. It's lifeless body tumbled on to the ground as the pike crashed into an old, rusting cargo ship. "See? I told you I had the shot." (Open.)

Edited by Indubitably: 12/15/2015 10:13:04 PMErik jumped in his ship, after the events from the Tower. He flew to the Reef first. After landing in the hangar, he strode to the throne room. As he opened the door, Mara sat up suddenly. 'Erik?' She composed herself. 'Have you considered my...offer?' "No. I'm here to talk about something other than that. A war is coming." Erik walked past the throne, into the Queen's private quarters. She followed, shaking her head. 'Just as business-like as ever...' After a while of discussion, he left. He flew out again, heading for yet another former ally. Taniks, the Scarred. During their talk, a few fists flew. Erik hadn't been very reliable to Taniks, but they'd been good friends before. They settled it, and soon they had a deal. Erik walked out, adjusting his cracked helmet. "Damn Elinski..." ((Closed))

Lake jogged over to Erik, after coming out of that weird inter-dimension thing that Romii pulled him out of. The pain in his neck was quite substantial, but he didn't care about it, at least not now. " Erik! Is that you? Jesus Christ you don't know how long I've been looking for you!" It had been almost a full year, now that he thought about it, since Abby disappeared. He left one day for a mission, and she was gone. No trace. Lake had searched every corner of the solar system, but had no luck. He had figured that if anyone knew where she was, it'd be her brother.

"So you all killed the kell" "Yeah pretty easy with this awesome void bow" "Pfft we found new powers and yet Cregan decides to continue to use his old ones" "Back on topic here. Now I see you all got the dreg. Now time to raid the cities armory. Which won't be so easy. The only way of the three of us accomplishing that would be a stealth mission. So that's why we're here. I'm going to use some of Tolands tricks and get us up there then Rogue 75 activates the invisibility on Rogue's ship located in the hangar. Once we know that's active we go invisible and steal a lot of firearms and load them into the ship" "Yeah that's the plan Cregan. Let me put out a message to a few people interested if they would like to help" "Go ahead" (Open)

Aries decided to pay an old friend a visit. A very old friend. He was walking through the streets of a city somewhere in Old Germany. He still reeked of the blood he had spilt. It wasn't on him physically, but it could be felt. Aries had killed quite a lot of people recently. As he walked on, he could feel someone watching him, or rather multiple beings watching him. Aries didn't retaliate or do anything. He just let them entertain the thought that he wasn't aware of them. (( Lakun'ai and Switch ))
