Iron Banner PSA
Before I start off, I gotta give credit where credit's due. Thanks MisfortuneBlade for telling me about this.
For those of you who are having trouble leveling up in Iron Banner, equipping one of the shaders, along with one of the emblems that you can purchase from the Iron Banner gives an increased rank bonus at the end of each match. A lot of people probably already know this, but hey if I didn't there has to be others :P Hope this helped Guardians!

Yes, the shaders, emblems, and class items give [b]stacking[/b] 10% rep bonuses. This means if you wear all three while competing and turning in bounties, you get 33% more rep. These items carry across IBs, too, so if you already have them from previous events, you can get the bonuses right out of the gate.
