While I like how it promotes aggressive play I don't believe the chance for health regen and an over shield is appropriate.

Hell most people would only use 3 shot hand cannons and scouts to counter that helm because every time you take damage you can instantly win the gunfight. Way too OP. Then theres the increased super energy from taking damage meaning you'd have an arc blade, gg, or shadowshot every 5 seconds in pvp because you're constantly takingdamage
