Everyday guardians are out there fighting to protect humanity and whats left of our home but a question tends to echos in the back of every guardian's mind...."Who is defending, protecting our stuff?!?". We, the Guardians of the Stuff, are defenders of your valuables, belongings, things. In a life-consuming, buggy world where raids and (that bastard) Rahool gyp and rustles your jimmies, you can count on us to have your stuff! I believe that in order to protect stuff we gotta be able to blow stuff up! Below is the possible ways to get gjallahorn! easily best heavy weapon in the game: "1)Level up the cryptarch until you get a heavy purple engram. Cry 2)Level up your Vanguard, get shards. Cry 3)Play uncountable pvp matches, hope for Gjallarhorn drop. Cry 4)Play VoG, open the chest. Cry 5)Kill Atheon. Cry 6)Play Crota, open the first chest. Cry 7)Stay up until Xur arrives. Cry 8)Play the nightfall. Be happy with a chestpiece that isn't for your class. Cry 9)Rinse and repeat"(reddit) Other rocket launchers like the Hunger of Crota, Truth, or rocket launchers with cluster bombs(not truth) are very effective. Having 3 characters on destiny able to do all the above is probably the best, fastest way to get a gjallahorn(most other weapons/stuff too) and the more guardians in our clan with a ghjallarhorn, the more it will benefit us all when it comes to future clan raids and clan stuff.
