What do we know about Rasputin?
We know Rasputin is a vastly intelligent Warmind AI who was supposedly dead in the Collapse. But everyone knows he survives. He's fighting Fallen and Hive on Earth, the Cabal and Vex on Mars, and apparently still has control of space doomsday weapons (he threatens you with them in S.A.B.E.R. 2).
