Not what I thought

I have only completed raids a few times I have 3 different 31s I recently made a clan and I'm having fun showing them the ropes my friend is only a 26 and I'll gladly help take him though VOG on both levels. Not crota yet showing one raid at a time. I'm still learning new ways to raid epically when your trying to find everyone's strengths and weaknesses. On a new clan We're on Xbox one and we play Friday and sat nights for raids. Hang in there.

Okay so I've let this play out and this is my side of the story, Therrean, I personally messaged you apologising for and explaining what happened yesterdy after I received your message. If you want to call me out then fine but here are the facts as I explained to you yesterday in the message. I did not personally kick you from the team, it was not my team, I joined during the gorgons section, if it had been my team then we would have just called it a day. When the leader of the team decided he was going to kick somone I said no, but they impressed upon me that we couldnt do it with two 27's, also you are failing to mention that schnellschnell was in the party as well and advised someone should leave as well. So the choice was with the fireteam leader as he sill wanted to carry on, I then told him to not kick you as you had the clan tag in your name, however, he then told me you didnt have a mic and the other guy did, seeing as I had not heard you in the chat I had to belive him, and you should know about the mic rule as I made a post about it. Also if you were listening to the party chat you would have heard all of the above explanation anyway leading me to suspect you weren't using a mic or headset, but that remains to be seen. I find this rather odd as I have personaly messaged you apologising yesterdy and you did not reply directly, electing to post on here instead, it was not personal or meant to make you feel exluded and again I am sorry for what happend. I see this is getting a little out of hand and context. I have no rage simply disappointed that our clan leader boots a clan member off for being too low to participate. If that was it then fair enough although a quick text shoud have suffice. However, when a non clan member of same level stays then this mean little consideration for clan membership. Members are not numbers but people. Also, when the acronym is TEAM well I prefer to be led by example. This is no rant merely feedback so that the clan becomes better. As you can see I have not left it since most replies were encouraging. Transparency always work to make thi gs better. Although new to Destiny I was playing MMORPG with large numbers and guild membership was paramount. Not quickly dismissed when things go tough.

This isnt really feedback, your mad at your clan. But allow me to give you some feedback on your post. I dont blame your clan for booting you. It was a hard raid you were not prepared for or up to the challenge. The other guy might have had some more experince or better weapons. If you are rage quitting a clan over something so silly thats a poor choice. We have a member or 2 in our clan who just arent that great of players, we have to pick and chose when to backpack them for certain things. Just because you got taken out of one raid doesnt mean your clan wont help you later. You shouldve just messaged people in your clan and inquired why, posting a rant in a public forum for all to see is childish and if I was your clan leader I wouldnt care if you left if thats how you want to act. Im not railing on you either, understand a clan is teamwork and helping eachother. Sometimes you need to sit bench if you are hurting the team. Grin and bear it, get better weapons, level up and ask for help.
