Monte Carlo 2.0/Hard Light 2.0

Can anybody link me to a video or describe the quickest way to get any of the guns listed above now that TTK has dropped???

    You need to have the 1.0 version then you go to an exotic weapon blueprint screen and then you get the 2.0 version. You also have to be level 40.
