Looking for help with raids or end game stuff

Still pretty new to the game, don't let all the afk hours floating in orbit (like now) mislead lol. Have 2 characters atm 29, 30 titan and Warlock. Basically looking for help doing end game stuff have only done 1 raid and had no idea what was going on during, I was just following a friend and trying not to die haha. Just also got my first exotic bounty :-) sooooo I'm going to log on Warlock to do daily bounties and then switch back to Titan (got exotic bounty on him, and picked one that I just found out is for bad juju) to do strikes to work on the exotic bounty. But am more than willing at any time to switch back on Warlock to do anything end game like vault or Crota or anything different than the normal bounty and strike grind. And one last mission I've been hoping to complete on both characters is a few eris morn bounties to do some DLC missions with heroic modifiers on (can't pull it off solo, well haven't tried since getting better gear but still wouldn't mind help) and especially the killing that crazy knight (forget name) on earth at the skywatch when the public event happens and the hive and fallen go to war for the urn bounty.
