four consoles, one world
A friend of mine told me that because Bungie is making just one big world, all the consoles would be played on the same world. Because of this, he said that Xbone users could play with XB360 users and so forth. I'm just wondering if this is true or not. Because I'm debating about getting destiny for an xbone but I already have a xbox 360 fire team. information would be great.

3 RepliesCross-platform play is a confirmed no. Cross-gen play hasn't been officially commented on. It will likely depend more on Sony and Microsoft, and how they've implemented their online services. I'd say it's unlikely.

4 RepliesThat being said (its not confirmed ) there is speculation. That you could use your same account on PS4 and log on dif time on ps3. Same dude. Not sure if it will become reality or what limitations this is or if its BS. Just rumours i know ive heard. If the char is sved to server. Theoretically makes sense. PS and xbox are just computers. Could create odd trading capabilities. Well see. Its the next gen of gaming

Its not going to happen that would require microsoft and sony to share some tech. Basically it is impossible for the same reason you cant play PS games on the xbox and vice versa.
