New to Xbox one experienced ps4 player looking for a new team!

I am new to xbox one so i am building new characters but need a team to raid with! I have beaten all en game activities on Ps4 with 3 lv 34 characters and almost every gun in the game. this is a fresh start so i am lv 32 now and in need of some help!
