We need to start playing smarter.

Just in case anyone missed my post on the wall I'm going to make this thread because I think it's really important. Also I'm not singling anyone out. I see this in almost everyone. Including myself sometimes. This screenshot proves my point. You guys get so used to just rushing spawns trying to get top scorer. Why does it matter? We all know who's good at the game and who isn't. who are you trying to impress? You guys are always in there spawn and it messes everything up for everyone els. Knowing which flags to go for are the key to a easy win. Once you have the right flags, they are the ones that have to come to you. Every time we get matched up with a good team we always lose. We have to play the map. And yeah rushing there spawns when its a team of randoms is fine but it doesn't always work with a team. There's no need to be greedy for kills. If we have good map control we will always win as a team. Going in there spawn and killing them turns into them spawning on our flag and flanking us without even trying. And I can tell some of the new members aren't used to this this strat so they end up dying in our spawn which leads to low k/d and lack of kills, which puts in our mind that they aren't Deflower material. They aren't given the chance to shine. The game isn't supposed to be about who can get to the other side of the map the fastest for kills. It's not a competition between us. We just need to change the way we play, even against randoms. If we have bad spawn, we need to rush other side as a team. If they take our good spawn, we need to constantly push as a group. The list goes on. It will improve our team play. Hope you guys understand.
