VoG hard noob

Hey guys and gals. I have been playing Destiny since day one, but have never spent much time on the VoG raid at all. Never could get a good group, so I eventually gave up. I have plenty of experience in all other aspects of the game, and I'd say I'm pretty decent. Just never got through VoG. I'm looking for a group to help me get through it today. I've got most of the qualifications that folks are asking for these days (maxed Gally, lvl 34, blah blah). I just need a group to help me get through VoG hard mode. People who are not jerks and don't mind explaining things. I can most likely hold my own as long as I know what to do.
