Looking to combine fireteams to form a raiding party

Fireteam leaders, My group (3 of us total) are good friends and play Xbox most Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights usually starting around 8-8:30PM (PDT) for about 3-4 hours. This is the time we've been able to chisel out of our busy lives, but can be flexible from time to time. We are tired of being dragged into massive party chats with a bunch of randoms, struggling to pick up players from LFGs, or wasting time while everyone scours their friends list to pull players in last minute... so we've pretty much isolated ourselves and only play together. If you also have a tight group of 3 who consistently play around the same time we do and want to raid without the common frustrations, we should talk about combing our teams for scheduled events. Our emphasis is on just having a good time while completing events in PVE. We really only PVP when hunting achievements or completing quests... just how we do. In addition, it would be cool to figure out how to beat the new raids by ourselves without using a guide or raid expert... spoils the fun. Hope there are other groups out there that feel the same and can be patient until everyone in the group is leveled enough to contribute. Message MickyFlipps
