What's your" Go-to" Munchies

Whether your drunk, flying or to lazy to cook, what do you whip up. Mines ramen and cheese no juice. I'll add whatever leftovers I have such as ground beef or summer sausage. Make 2 packets, watch Netflix chow down and pass out and wake up starving lol

I feel like you need to include both sweet and savory, depending on the mood. For savory, my go to is plain old chips and salsa, as long as the salsa doesn't have fruit in it I'm good. I prefer the fresh salsa you can get in the produce section nowadays, but regular old jarred stuff is fine too. For sweet, I like anything gummy. Gummy bears are probably the number one, but Swedish fish, sour patch kids, and other variations all have a place in my snack cabinet. If the wife is away and I'm fending for myself in front of the TV, I will do triscuits with salami and cheese, pepper jack preferrably (that's a balanced meal, right?) washed down with some cold IPA.

When I was younger. I'd cook a totinos pizza fold it in, half like a taco and load it up with leftovers. Mmm Now I'm a health nut.. protein bar. (Lame)

      • I like getting hot Cheetos and wrapping them in pepperoni or just eating pepperoni by itself

      • If you are talking about sweet stuff then either gummy bears (HARIBO gold bears only!), milk chocolate covered almonds or half a box of oatmeal cream pies :) For just regular munchies ill just cut a frozen pizza in half, add some extra cheese and bake it at 500 on my ancient pizza stone for 14 minutes. Comes out near perfect. I don't try this drunk... as I don't drink anymore. The last time I got tanked I duck taped a few mattresses to my body and jumped off a third story balcony. The Captain is NOT my friend.

        • i'm not trusted around the stove drunk since i left a pizza in there for several hours and made a hockey puck. now i either open a bag of doritos or i just make sure who ever drives home stops at white castle. white castle might be the best drunk food around until the next morning. they don't call em sliders for no reason.
