  • Anything from the Unibrou line up, preferred favorites are la fin du monde, éphémère & maudite The ephemere is flavored with either apple cherry raspberry or black currant...its a sweet beer I love cooking with it too, to cook your apples down a bit with the raspberry and then throw it into a pie with fresh berries amazing.

  • I'm a huge beer geek & love a good craft brew. Wife says I'm a snob; tomatoes, tomatoes. Anyway, I don't a favorite style & love to try new beers. Currently been digging Imperial Stouts, but I always love a good DIPA. Or two. And if anyone's using the Untpped app, feel free to friend me; my ID is Eric.Dam72. Cheers!

Red Hook Long Hammer IPA, New Castle, Guinness or a random craft beer I can get my hands on. I know a few home brewers! But they are stingy. But it's usually Sailor Jerry and Coke because I already have a big bottle of Jerry.

PBR/Labatt Blue on the cheap side, smithwicks, Guinness black lager, or some other good dark beer when I have the money.

      • My everyday drinking is usually Sam Adams seasonal (don't care much for the Boston lager). Right now for me its the Octoberfest and Rebel IPA. I'm drinking lots of IPAs right now. When I'm splurging I will get some Dogfish Head 90 minute, it is probably the best beer I can get my hands on regularly. A little pricey though. I drank lots of bud light and natural light back in my military days, and I just can't stand the stuff any more. I also drank a lot of Yeungling when I was in high school, I think the stuff is way over-rated (I should apologize to the state of Pennsylvania now).

        • I am a Australian - we do beer a lot! Favourite style is a pilsner or an IPA, am also partial to some of the wheat beers, brown ales and the extra dry styles..... we don't get much in the way of US beer down this way - I have tried some of the sierra Nevada (?) beers which are quite good but I find most of the generic US beer we get here to be a bit sweet and a bit light (most Aussie beers start at 5% and go up from there) but I am sure there are some fantastic micro brews to be found......should put together a "must try" list for the next time I get over General everyday drinking beer - James Squire Pilsner or James Boag's Tasmanian Larger Full flavour - Coopers Sparkling Ale Something special - Stone & wood pacific ale Imported favourite - Hefeweizen wheat beer

        • I drink mostly Stout's and IPA's these days. Anything made by Stone is phenomenal. Sierra Nevada makes good ones to.

            • Everyday cheap is usually Lone Star (or stealing my wife's Bud Light if I'm out) but I usually prefer Shiner Boch or Ziegenboch if I have the money.
