Idk. If anyone else hard trouble with siege of the warmind on lvl 30 with that ogre but if anyone is there's one solid way to take him down easily without running. When the ogre shows up just just hide and wait for the knights to show up kill BOTH..,,BUT don't kill the acolytes that spawn. They will retreat and run away to cover without the knights around thus leaving your fire team to blow him up with no hassle. Its worked twice so far.

Here are a couple things I came up with for the new strike. (Boss fight) The safest area is the corner at the front of the room but I'm sure most of you guys figured that out already. Everytime omnigul shrieks, a new wave of enemies is spawning. Their is a ledge on the right side of the room in the front that keeps you safe from all the thralls that spawn, as well as cursed/hallowed thralls that will walk out of doorways inside the room you are hiding in after a couple of waves. Hang out up there and pick off what you can each time a new wave spawns. Also use this as a fallback point anytime things get dicey. Looking across the room parallel to the bridge, a hallowed knight spawns directly across the room, and two Knights spawn on a ledge up and to your right (outside the room). These three Knights have to be dealt with before you shoot omnigul because otherwise they will constantly lay siege on the doorway of the room, and you won't be able to leave the room to shoot omnigul. DONT DIE ON THE BRIDGE. It will be hell for your teammates to revive you. That's all I got. Hope this helps.

in valus tarac, there is an area to the far left of the door from which he comes from that you can fall under a ramp and be 95% covered! the only way he can shoot you is if you stay in between the holes to shoot out of too long. i suggest an ice breaker or plenty of synthesis if you you go at it from there. he does move away at one point but if you're quick you can get him back to the other side.

Edited by Steel0range: 12/12/2014 12:18:16 PMI've noticed a lot of people looking for help with weekly heroic/ nightfall strikes so I thought I would post a brief guide on how to approach the all of the boss fights in each of strikes (except Valus Tauarc because I suck at that fight, but feel free to post any strategies for that fight below, as well as additional strategies to the fights that I do address) hopefully these tips will make these fights more manageable, (and even soloable if you like that sort of thing). So here goes Devils Lair -Refinery After deploying Ghost, there is a cave to your left that glows green. The back of this cave is the safest place to be during these waves, and nothing but a few thrills will chase you back there. Fight it out from there. -Walker As soon as you enter the outdoor area, look to your left. About 50 yards or so away there should be a building whose roof is about the same height as the ground you are standing on. This roof is a great place to snipe the walker from, as it has scattered clutter that protects you from the walkers cannon blasts. -Sepiks Prime As soon as you enter the area where Sepiks is, there is a room to your left. This room is the safest place to battle Sepiks from, as it provides lots of cover, provides views to more than half of the places that Sepiks will spawn, and it is rare that enemies will ever follow you in there. Hope this helps. I will make separate posts for each of the remaining strikes.( read the replies)

]I read something this morning that makes the gatekeeper fights way easier. Send two people through the first portal, but instead of killing the gatekeeper, they bring it down to 5% health, then go back through the portal. Then they go into the second portal. As soon as that gatekeeper is at 50% health, one of the four people in the original room runs into the first portal and kills the gatekeeper with a couple shots, and picks up the relic while the other group finishes killing the second gatekeeper and securing that relic. This way both relics will be picked up at the same time, and the conflux won't spawn until both relics are secure, leaving the whole team available to defend the conflux. Hope this helps with that fight.
