Welcome

I am a father of 3 my oldest son is a little older than three, my second son would be eleven months if he was still with us, and our third is on the way. Our son died at exactly four months when he aspirated in his sleep, needless to say that the last seven months have been very harsh between moving across the country keeping up with school and struggling with a minimum wage job. I feel that this group can become something that will allow fathers like me a place to talk to make friends and even support groups. So once again welcome fellow guardians as we remember those that have continued on without us. PSN PS3: pvtjanssens

    • This is a great idea. I'm sorry for both of your losses it's a very unnatural and a very difficult thing to lose a child. I'm a father of 4 great kids and 1 guardian angel. 5 years ago tomorrow my wife gave birth to identical twin boys. We were so excited identical twin boys just seemed so cool to us, thought of all the tricks they would play on people growing up dressing them the same just enjoying it. Then they were born extremely premature at 25 weeks. Everything changed, their chances of survival from the beginning were not in their favor. My boys were fighters though they spent 5 months in the NICU where everyday was a struggle after many surgeries and close calls we brought one home on March 10. 10 days later we lost his brother my son named after me and the 6th one in the family, from complications after a surgery that was supposed to be the last before we brought him home. The pain never eases the thoughts of what would have been who he would have been especially on days like tomorrow. I've never really talked about it outside of family it's still pretty difficult to this day. So if you guys ever wanna chat or anything drop me a line. We are not alone and trying to get through it alone is a bad thing I tried it. PSN PS3 Kaotikskillz
