Rise Of Iron: Bring it to PS3!
So, We all probably know by now that Rise of Iron is not going to be available on PS3. I want to create a thread to see who wants to tell bungie that we love this game, and we want to play it on our current system. Who's with me?

Honestly, it was only a matter of time. It costs a lot of money and is a lot of hard work to convert content from a Next Gen console to a Last Gen. Companies are constantly struggling to convert them because the hardware is just so outdated. Thankfully, I happen to be in a fortunate position to upgrade to Next Gen very soon. Hopefully, they won't completely abandon the Last Gen players as sometimes it's not their fault for not being able to upgrade.

People that don't want to upgrade their consoles from ps3 to ps4 most likely is due to the fact that you have to have a ps subscription to get the most out of online game play, that's what I think anyway.

Seriously though, none of this would have been an issue if they would have come out with all of this stuff last year instead of this year. They could have abandoned old Gen systems this year with the release of Destiny 2. I think every user can agree to that.

Destiny has a habit of dropping support for anything besides its new shit so watch anyone with a ps3 or xbox 360 not be even to play destiny anymore. Its just a kick in the balls to release dlc for new gen consoles only on a game that was released on both. Seriously wait til destiny 2 to go new gen only. But for bungie to wait til endgame Content to pull the rug out from under us is kinda screwed up. And to all the people on this post being harsh about people not upgrading. Its obviously not a problem for you but not everyone has the money to do so. We all just want to enjoy this game together I don't understand why the community is so harsh on itself.

It's not going to matter. They are most likely at a point where even if they changed their minds, it would be too late to hit the release date. How do people even know that they didn't atleast try for last gen but were unable to deliver due to limitations? Let it go. Move on.

No, old gen is limiting the potential of the game since the og. A game that could be better but limited so it can be played on older hardware. Since crota we started feeling that the game is could be better. The taken king is were they should left it behind. 360 is getting discontinued and ps3 will be next on the list. #MakeDestinyGreatAgain

No. I'm on PS3 and the April update especially showed us how much the game has outgrown our consoles.

Dude, i can understand that you dont like this. But i can only think thats it may be a good thing that its not coming to ps3. I think this expension wont run as smokth as the previous onces. Also because the game size is getting bigger with alot it also might effect loading time and stuff like that. You still have time to try and upgrade to ps4. I wont be to fast with it if i was you, because i got a feeling some "upgrade packages" will be shown soon. Maybe even on E3 already.

Absolutely, I'm pissed that it's not coming to last gen, it was made on last gen consoles first so it was already limited because it was ported to next gen consoles, they're not adding anything game changing so again it's absolutely bullshit that they're not making it for last gen

And increase the wait time? Nah. Just upgrade. You have 3 months to get a spare 400$ + however much Destiny: ttk currently costs and some leftover for the rise of iron.

This game could be so much larger, look better and have more content if they drop last Feb consoles for destiny's sake they shouldn't have developed for last few consoles in the first place
