Cross save

I heard about the cross save PS got. but didn't know how it works or what exactly it does. Got a new ps4 few days ago. Installed destiny last night, still have all my gear, levels, everything. Awesome! So I can log on to either system and play the same account. Guess the ps3 is going in the bedroom. So I don't have to stay downstairs to play at night. This is by far one of the coolest features I have found yet.
