I'm waiting until the dust settles before I pick my (first) next gen console, but I'm leaning right now towards Xone, mainly for the Halo and Titanfall franchise exclusives. I'd be curious to see the difference between console generations anyhow, and if I end up getting PS4 I'll still be able to Destiny with my Xbros on 360/Xone.

3 RepliesStupid question but why does what console you buy matter? To each side theirs is the best and it always will be and at the end of the day we are all gamers we all enjoy the games we play besides why fight each other when we could be helping each other get better at multiplatform games like Destiny, AC4, Watch Dogs(once its out I know its delayed haven't heard of any new release date for it), BF4, COD:G(for this I mostly mean like the new Extinction mode), and I can't think of anymore multiplatform game.

21 RepliesXbox One. Apparently, Bungie has made the Ps4 the better console for Destiny, but I have other games I want to play, too. I'm going with the Xbox One because of the exclusives, the controller, and it will lag less.

Since I'm buying a new gen console, I think there's no discussion. PS4, the only downside I can see of it is having to get used to the controller, besides that its cheaper, faster, better hardware, focused on the gameplay more than other useless stuff, no kinect, and of course [i]the exclusives I will be getting on Destiny.[/i] I'd strongly suggest for all the guys who are considering the XB-one to think twice.

Xbox One and maybe Xbox 360 too. Of I had PS3/4 I would get it on those after the One.

Since PS4 will be release I will wait at least 1 year before buy. Because first generation issues is prety common in console. PS3 is fine atm.

10 RepliesI'm going with PS4. The poll shows quite an interesting result. Even though most members of this community should definitely own an X360 rather than a PS3 due to Bungie's history (this is also substantiated by the X360/PS3 ratio: Some will simply stick with their current console), we still have more votes for PS4. People really really seem to tend towards PS4. I'm also switching from X360 to PS4 for various reasons.

7 Repliesim stuck btw XBone and PS4. was a huge nintendo fan until that wreck of aconsole gamecube came out. switched to Xbox and have stuck ever since. Never been a huge Sony fan... mainly because the controller is too small for my abnormally large hands, but apparently they've fixed that. I would like a console that is going to be a good choice overall, and for the long run. I like the Xbox set up and online community but something is pulling me towards PS4. Mainly I just want to play Destiny. So whatever console it plays best on is the console I will be getting...I think.
