The waning beam of silver moonlight piercing the dark clouds lit up the centre of the desolate shopping centre. The fountain had been swallowed, held in the cold grasp of he earth's green fingers.Roots of hulking oak trees burst through the solid granite of the floor cracking and warping it to a unrecognisable state. A head of a once great leader lay fallen, featureless stone cold eyes staring into the darkening night. A burnt out armoured truck hung above a treacherous sinkhole it's motionless crew set with screaming faces as they fell. Discarded weapons lay cast to the floor left in a hurry by men scared for there lives. Deathly pale skeletons were cast across the shopping centre with tortured faces of pain, anguish and agony a permanent grim memoir of their final moments.
Rain was lashing down in droves on the plateau. Thunder boomed in the sky and lighting cracked bringing a new life to the isolated square. A Fallen patrol was creeping through the rubble, picking their way stealthy, looking for loot. Their leader towered over them his twisted face lit by the cracks of lighting as his shifty eyes jumped nervously across the shopping centre. He was experienced, to long out here and they would be exposed to sniper fire. It had lulled in the last week but they had not become complacent.

A few more commas would be good. Your doing well. Where are you going? I want to know more. You have me.
