I have a handful of users who now say gridComplete no longer works so all icons show with white borders and no weapons perks show up. I asked them to try the official app and they see the same problem there as well.
The majority of people say it still works fine for them.

There is a transition period during game updates where accounts that existed on the previous game instance have yet to update to the content of the new, patched game instance. In this case, these yet-to-update accounts have content that is misaligned with the content that Bungie.net is using (which is always aligned with the most up-to-date game content). This misalignment causes wonky behavior with certain game-integration features on Bungie.net, one of those features being talent grids, and they are automatically disabled for that account until the account is updated to the most recent content. The content update for an account happens either when a player logs into the patched game client or when the old game instance is finally brought offline, forcing the update for any accounts that have yet to log in. [b]tl;dr[/b] This is typically a temporary problem during game updates. If you don't see the issue resolve by the end of the day you should let us know.
