Missing BungieNet account?
Hey guys.
I've run into a problem where BungieNet accounts are missing for some users.
For example, there is a player: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/2/4611686018428737177 who says he signed in on Bungie's site and changed his status. But for the request via API http://www.bungie.net/platform/User/GetBungieAccount/4611686018428737177/2/ I get no mention of his BungieNet account in the response.
How is this possible and is there any way to fix all that?

He may have marked his linked accounts private in which case you won't be able to learn about one account by querying another.
