In game item transfer
I am unclear- can your website/app transfer items (i.e. equip and vault) while you are in orbit and/or in game.

You can transfer while in any activity, Tower, Reef, Orbit, Crucible Etc.. As long as not at a loading screen (including "Flying" somewhere)
