Evidence for a third subclass! Warlock
This is my post on reddit summing it up with images. The new images on the ps4 exclusives (they look great, sad we here in the seven columns won't get it for a year) show a grenade that isn't the grenade for the void walker or the firesinger!

I think there is a chance where a third subclass can be added by DLC. I think that would be cool. Like for the titan, he has the shield and fist shockwave thing, how bout a damage multiplyer :)

No, that's just the second grenade option for Voidwalker; the Scatter grenade. We still haven't even seen what the Firesinger subclass will look like, but I believe it will have its own unique grenades.
