Exotic upgrade path after patch 1.1

Just trying to plan my upgrades & want to check what is the exotic armour light upgrade path after patch 1.1? I think it used to be 21 +2 +2 +2 +3. Now it starts at 24 so wondering if it's 24 +1 +1 +2 +2 or something else? ...
