I see a lot of people saying there is no organised raids, but HaBO is sitting there with only 4 teams this week. I originally started it Thursday to Sunday because I didn't want it to interfere with PriceyRaids, Tuesday + Wednesday mop-up. There is nothing to say it can't move Tuesday to Friday instead to fill the void that PriceyRaids left. Just a suggestion. The other thing is that HaBO and PriceyRaids have outgrown their original intention of VoG and Crota respectively to a place for people to team up. The idea behind them is a part of this clan, so others are welcome to take up the cause. If you are unhappy PriceyRaids is gone, step up and organise it for others - it doesn't need to be a permanent job, share with a few other guys on rotation..

Hi Mark - thanks for hosting this conversation which I think is really important. Here is the world according to Marmot - just my opinion (as requested!)... 1. Static un-managed threads for major activities. e.g. one for KF, one for Trials, one for daily, one for NFs and other strikes, one for banana, one for quests, one for 'miscellaneous'. This would provide a flexible and low overhead way of people getting together at times and for activities that suit them. Some of this gets done on the wall but you have to be lucky/constantly vigilant to pick stuff up that way. 2. Regular weekly managed posts for guided raids. HABO is awesome - the bedrock of the group - thanks to EM for starting and Darknight for the outstanding work he's doing. The days / times rarely fit with my availability so I almost never get to join but I do check out the thread from time to time. What I often see is popular slots filling up quickly with familiar names and I wonder if this is stopping new guys from signing up / getting spaces. Perhaps running raid events with 2/3 slots reserved for those with little / no experience would be useful. Hard work for the guides but, hey, that's what makes them so awesome for stepping up and they always have lots of pals they can call on to fill slots at the last moment if only 1 or 2 noobs sign up. 3. the100. - great site and used to use it before I found a home in DoD GMT. Don't see it being the right way for our community to go purely because of its limit of 100 - meaning that it either becomes an exclusive sub-group or it has to open events up to be seen publicly which risks those dreaded randoms infesting us. 4. Your Wednesday night slot - how about nostalgia night? Scheduled Non-KF raids and PoE. Or perhaps trophy hunters - team people up then they each nominate a trophy to go for and then help each other get them. I see some of this posted up from time to time and participation is a bit of a mixed bag but it's another opportunity for people to meet and expand their friend's list. Well, that's about it. Hope some of the above strikes a chord with others and..... stay frosty!

One other thing to say. As a dad/husband I like the lists. Means when I get free time, or know she is out i can organise something. I would annoy a fixed team - I wouldn't always make it as real life takes priority. Maybe a website that helped automate the lists? The forum site isn't the best method and lfg gets you randoms.. Could register as guide, set time day of activity? Could even hold the fixed fireteam so they could request extras? But it depends on if the need is there.

Do think bungie made the raid too damn long/complicated! But I often look for the Wednesday post for clearing rogue quests. For example - hoped to get two people help me get a sword for this week. Is weird that with 700 people there is less interest in things than before. Even habo seems smaller - I remember loads of Atheon groups running, all searching for a fatebringer!

First of all, Mark thank you for starting such a thread. I bet it will help organise our activities as a clan. I think we need one thread with "live recruitment" for raids and challenges and one for the rest activities. That thread would not need someone to supervise it, since it would be more like "team looking for 2 more for X" activity at Y time (where X would be a challenge, a fresh normal or hard raid or just a cp and Y would be the time the poster would like to have it happened), or the opposite i.e "titan looking for more for X activity". This way, whoever reads posts he is interested in, would send a FR or a message to the OP of that activity and thus nobody else is involved to set up their team...

I'm on most evenings and always up for more or less anything. Desperate for more raids, more practice required with mechanics (and remembering where those bloody ships spawn). A chance to see this elusive lighthouse would be very cool aswell.

I would be interested in raid challenges. Also what about trials bounties? I want to get into trials more
