Details on Upcoming Clan Events

Shiv and I are putting together Clan Events to break up the monotony of the VoG, Nightfall etc. Here's what we have so far: Dead Ghost Hunt: In the book (yes, sadly we bought the book) there are riddle style details outlining the locations of the dead ghosts on each of the planets. We get together on party chat (this way there's no limit to people joining) pick a planet, work out the riddle to find the ghosts while we also complete bounties, patrol and harvest materials. More social, relaxed. VERY IMPORTANT: we are aware we can google the locations :) That's not what this is about... We want to spend a chill night not beating our heads against the Vault. ***We will also be picking up the Golden Chests, their exact locations are listed in the book. Noob Night! Basically we all (before the night) create a new (yes, level one) character. This level one character is dedicated to future Noob Nights so it cannot be used in between; we want to all stay the same level! It has to be a class different from your main. We then band together on Noob Nights and complete the story missions. It's meant to be another chill, social night so we will all (across all of the fireteams) be in party chat. This is a great way for people who haven't played together in the past to get some hours in, while trying out other classes. It's like Destiny Halloween! Destiny Dash (Aka The Iky Pooh Marathon): We are all badass... We know we're all badass... Now come prove your badasstitude! Winners get to act like an Arrogant Ass for the week (go Iky Pooh!) Using the Daily Story Mission, the Weekly Heroic Strike, and Story Missions, we break into fireteams and race to completion. The fireteam leader from each team is on party chat together; yes this means they cannot communicate with their team but only with the other team leaders. Team to achieve highest averaged K/D, highest number of kills, and fastest time receive a virtual high five and shout out on the forum acknowledging their badasstitude. Destiny Thrift Shop Run: We all hit the Tower and purchase ALL GREEN or white items (weapons included) to outfit ourselves. You must be on mic while buying your gear ;) No shaders! Then with everyone on party chat we hit a level 20 story mission, if come out the other side then we've officially proven: It's not the Gear, it's the Guardian! Be sure to keep your gear in the vault afterward for future runs! ***We tried doing The Nude Destiny Run but Bungie said no..... Five Man Sparrow Race on Venus (Never let the woman drive!): Details coming soon.... Crucible is My Bane: I am defective at PvP... We do want to maintain the focus and dedication during the Vault runs that everyone has shown so far (just not quite as serious as Iky Pooh).
