Diane- Warlock For as long as I can remember I've wanted to become a warlock. To train in their ways and become at peace with the world. My first step towards that dream was at the age of 8 when an accident nearly costed me my life, but a little robot brought from the traveler saved me and swore to forever stick by my side. I started my training a few years later, which was probably the most difficult thing I've ever endured. Becoming one with my ghost to harness the powers of Void and Solar took me nearly 4 years to master. I was then put under an apprenticeship by a warlock named Eriana-3, which finally granted me the ability to travel beyond earth. We were immediately dispatched to the moon after receiving urgent information that the Hive, who nearly control the moon, started an assault again the stationed Guardians. Battle simulations and Erianas' word gave me no comfort when I entered the battlefield. Countless number of Guardians fought for their lives as many more were slain. I fired my weapon with a shaky hand as more and more Hive appeared over he horizon, lead by the infamous Crota, Son of Oryx. The rest of my memories from that day are blurry; They range from fighting side by side with other Guardians, to being covered in blood as I'm being extracted and forced to retreat. So many of us were killed that day and all I could do was watch. I'm writing this to inform all Guardians that we can not underestimate the Hive and to never overestimate the Light. We have limits, we can still be killed, we are not enough to push back the darkness, we need the traveler in hope to ever end this war.
