Help needed!

Hi all! I am trying to build the best possible defender/tank character possible. I was just wondering if anyone can give me some pointers with regards to, the best exotic armour for defender class? And if any defenders reading this. What are the best skill to choose to make me more durable. Thanks in advance. All comments/advice welcome!
