Returning player needs friends

Hey guys, I'm looking for some friends to add me. I need a little help getting caught up again so that I can join in on raids and shit. I used to play a ton of destiny like a year ago but then I stopped playing after I killed crota too many times and it go boring. However now with the Taken King I've come back and I've fallen way behind on quests/raids/gear. I'm finding it tough to do some of these quests on my own such as killing all the specific taken champions in each area as well as doing the summoning runes in Oryx court. Any help would be welcome!
