Weapon Trading Idea

Guys, Got an idea for weapon trading which may sound stupid or good... Basically, you can only trade weapons between friends and you can only trade a legendary for a legendary or rare for a rare, exotic cannot be traded. You go to the gunsmith and there will be a trade option select that and then select the weapon you want to trade and then select the person you want to trade with. The person who you want to trade with will have a notification for the gunsmith when he is next in the tower and can either reject the trade or can put up a weapon to offer Once this is done the transaction needs to be approved by the person who created the trade costing him 5000 glimmer and X amount of weapons parts same for both users, both weapons will reset once the trade has been confirmed and that's it! Sounds a bit confusing but you sort of get the idea! I know people work hard for their weapons as do I, but it's frustrating when you've got two word of crota's and all you want is a black hammer!!! Just an idea doubt anyone from Bungie will see this!
