Thoughts? For recalls that involve safety issues I think this is good. However where do they draw the line? Some recalls are minor and just involve small things that don't involve passenger safety. I think this law will be hard to enforce, and a huge failure.

Pretty much what you said. If it's in regard to safety or can endanger either the passengers or others around them then it's good. Although vehicle recalls are repaired at the cost of the manufacture right? Even if it were minor and didn't effect safety why wouldn't you just get it fixed anyway??
