Needless to say, I came. Now to just wait for an official unveiling and official power figures. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint the over 600hp estimates of many unofficial blogs and magazines without being to expensive. Chrysler needs something to compete with the ZL1.
Thoughts?

I'd rather see a Cuda version brought out.

Meh. It's cool and all but does nothing for me.

They'll need a shit load of HP to even keep pace with a less powerful ZL1 at the strip, much less on a circuit. The 2015 392 with 485 HP is only rated to hit 60 in 4.5 secs, and that is pitiful for a car with that much grunt. To put things into perspective, the 392 is slower to 60 than a 5.0 coyote Mustang, a SS 1LE, and only slightly faster through the quarter mile than both. Anywho, it's a neat idea, and I'm glad it's being made. It's just super late to the party, current gen Shelby's are getting ready to end production, and Camaro's are set to switch over to the Alpha chassis in the next year or two.

Boring. If I saw that IRL I'd exhale slightly more.
