I became the 7th person to earn all of its achievements yesterday, according to TrueAchievements. Definitely a fun game. It felt like a more authentic Halo experience than Halo 4.
-
Oh wow the Xbox CAN do 1080p and 60 FPS :3
-
Soundtrack definitely reminded me of classic Halo motiffs, hoping Halo 5 will take a similar route. It was a fun bit-sized version of Halo to play through on X1. Flood survival mode can be very fun and challenging. Imagine something like that in FPS form and fully fledged out. I'm hoping H5 will give us something like that.

I enjoyed it quite a lot. Co-op with skulls is exhilarating, especially on those missions with the timer.
-
An excellent game for what it set out to achieve. I can see myself going back to it for many years. I genuinely enjoyed it just as much as I did with other Halo games. :-)
-
Considering many of my friends wont be getting an X1 for some time, and that I have full confidence that any random matchmaking gives me will be a complete tard, anyone want to do some Co-Op afternoon-ish on the 27th?
-
It's only $15? Well then...
-
Will it have more players than Halo 4?
-
Looking forward to getting it on the xbox one.
-
Coolio. Just got me a Windows phone the other day and I've been playing some Spartan Assault on it. It'll be nice using joysticks, since it's supposed to be a twin stick shooter anyway, and the discounted price will be sweet.
-
I look forward to purchasing the Xbox 360 version. Kind of sucks that it's released in January, but I'm glad it came to consoles. I don't own any Windows 8 devices, and Spartan Assault is the only Halo I haven't played yet.
-
As much as I'd hate myself for buying into a bunch of random Halo-spin-offs, I just got finished developing 2 different dual-stick shooters, so I feel like I should have a deep-rooted appreciation for them.
-
so...it's the RTS that halo was originally meant to be?
-
I can't freaking wait. I would have gotten it for Windows 8 if it had the extra stuff.
-
I might get it when it goes on sale.
-
I'm assuming it has matchmaking correct OP?

Edited by FatMarshall: 12/10/2013 9:56:39 PMDespite my hatred for this current era of Halo, I'll probably buy it since I own an Xbox One and need something to play other than Forza Microtransaction 5. $15 isn't too bad I guess. I can imagine just how easy it was to port to XO, since both Windows 8 and XO use almost the exact same Windows coding. Edit: oh, and the music sounds better than Halol 4's shitty soundtrack. Reminds me of Halo 3.

A tablet game for $15 lol.

Edited by NAStheMagiking: 12/10/2013 3:05:39 PMI enjoyed the game. Art, audio, music, atmosphere, bite sized fun. I look forward to playing it on consoles; though it's a shame I have to wait 'till January for the 360 version.
-
This is a good thing. I was waiting for this.

Edited by RomanGladiator7: 12/10/2013 4:42:18 PMAlso kind of related, Spartan Assault mustang coming to Forza 5. Hopefully we don't have to pay for it...

-
>£10 for a tablet game Nah, I'm good. Wasn't going to buy that shit anyway.

Edited by RomanGladiator7: 12/9/2013 7:12:42 PMWill co op have matchmaking? I don't know anyone else getting it and I'd like to get the achievements...
