REACH Score Attack voices

Is anyone else having this problem? I play score attack with JOHN as my voice. All I've been getting lately is JOHN laughing "Hee Hee Hee" when he hits a head shot. And it's an evil laugh. I neve hear "Oh I Can Stick It" or "Time To Give The Covenant Back Thier Bombs". Throughout the entire game "Hee Hee Hee". Is anyone else having this issue? I've had a conversation with a helper on Waypoint and He/She said it was just a case of "Bad Luck" This has been going on for about 2 months now
