My personal favorite is Sephiroth from FFVII for two reasons. Killing one of the most beloved characters in any RPG (at least imo) and dat theme
Let's pay tribute to the more sinister folk, who's your favorite villain?

The perfect enemy.
-
But also Skull Kid and Gannon
-
I'm gonna go with Sephiroth.

Kuja > Sephiroth Pure madness and evil. Plus his lines are brilliant ''Or should I kill you slowly and painfully to show you my love''

1. Handsome Jack (Borderlands 2) 2. Vaas ( Far Cry 3) Both do a great job at being straight up @$$holes.

Handsome Jack
-
My wife
-
Wood Man from Mega Man 2. I mean, he's a robot made of wood. Wtf.
-
Majora. Pretty much the only final boss that can make me giggle right before literally whipping my ass.
-
Probably the Nevec from Lost Planet. But as far as coolest looking villians go I want to give it to the ceph

Saren, because he was relatable and not just some evil greevil. Illusive Man was good, but he suddenly went bananas in 3 which was poorly executed imo, Ganondorf is a classic.
-
The baron from Jak 2
-
Jack of Blades!

While not my favorite (I don't have a favorite) the player in the Old King storyline of Armored Core: For Answer stands out to me. The best part is near the end when you're destroying the cradles, the last safe zone for humanity. Your operator becomes disgusted with your actions and walks out on you in the middle of the mission only to later to return to her old life as a NEXT pilot in order to kill you in the next mission. "20 million dead 40 million 60 million 80 million 100 million"

Andrew Ryan.
-
General Shepherd. I almost felt sorry for him.
-
Kerrigan I've never hated and loved a villain at the same time besides her.
-
Kane lives in death! BTW, he makes Sephiroth look like an inner city gangbanger.

There are many, but this one stood out...
Damn, killing him felt good.
Arthas has to be my favorite. He just wanted to protect his people...
