Definitely a good group of people we accept into the folds. Ever looked at how many are members of Archangels? They can't necessarily set it as their clan because of the cap, but we're sky high in popularity amongst friends and DoD. I find this to be great for adventuring and keeping trolls out. ;) I as well Meko have been harassed by some "younger adults" or told I'm doing it wrong. Only later when I surprise them with my calm demeanor, and I'm not terrible, they want a friend request accepted? Ha. (Is it hard being a Titan? Lol) Best part about the group is nobody has an elite shoulder on their heads... We're guys having fun in a common even maturity level that people enjoy. This is how online gaming started, it fell by the way side, but we're keeping it alive!

Edited by Kerbaltron: 11/10/2014 5:53:03 PMAfter playing with you this past week in my first attempt at the VoG, I finally beat the raid on Saturday with the help of our own IUHOOPS and a Pick Up Group from DestinyLFG.net. All I can say about Pick Up Groups now is "F*** that noise!" While we did beat Atheon, we had a teammate who acted obnoxious, elite, and condescending to everyone else. He added a level of nerves to the battle that made me screw up way more (I had my worst K/D ratio of any attempt) His attitude was the type that put me off ever wanting to interact in previous multiplayer games. I immediately took him out of my friends list once we were done in case I ever mistakenly invited him to a future game (although I doubt I'll ever forget his name). So, to all you fellow DoD's who I have played with, thank you for being the type of mature gamers who know that all we're trying to do is have a good time when it finally comes time to relax and pick up the controller.

Yeah, man. Steady as she goes. DoD and Archangels have been a great resource for genuine down to earth gamers. Kudos to Mojo for starting up this clan. Good group of guys here.

If you don't belong to some variety of DoD then I don't even consider your invite. I learned my lesson after one particular player I friended in the Tower.

I could not agree more on this. I get a random invite and the first thing I look for is a DoD tag. No tag, no join ... simple as that. EBGZangetsu said it best when we played a bit together yesterday, and I share his sentiments ... this is by far the best group I have been part of in all of my gaming years! Fun, lax, easy going group of guys!
