FARM DEM PUBLIC EVENTS EASY

Thought this could help people that really wanna farm public events. They give Vangaurd Marks everytime, while the number depends on how well you do. The first one in a day is gaurunteed to reward you with either Ascendant Energy, Ascendant Shards, or Strange Coin. Subsequent victories have a chance to reward either Energy or Shards.
